Real estate experts in Qatar foresee a growth in the sector, particularly in the beginning of next year, owing to various factors ranging from government support and legislative changes on the ownership of properties by foreign investors.

The Peninsula reports a Qatari real estate expert who stated that the sector witnessed some decline from the middle of 2017 but still the value of transactions remains almost the same.

The growth in the country’s real estate sector is also guaranteed when one talks about the ongoing infrastructural projects, especially the ones related to World Cup 2022 and the Qatar National Vision 2030, that from time to time has been attracting foreign investors to Qatar and a number of companies from across the world.
