DOHA: Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, inaugurated the Shahaniya express service center in the presence of Abdulrahman Abduljaleel Al Abdulghani, AAB Vice Chairman and distinguished guests from Toyota Motor Corporation led by Yoshiyuki Koike – General Manager, TMC – Bahrain Regional Office and Masayuki Fukumori — Field Operations Manager, TMC—Bahrain Regional Office.
Also present during the ceremony were Toyota & Lexus customers as well as Senior Management from AAB led by R.K. Murugan, Acting CEO. The new Service Center is located at Woqod Petrol Station, Shahaniya, Dukhan Road.
Speaking on the occasion, Abdulrahman Abduljaleel Al Abdulghani expressed AAB’s commitment to offer the highest level of quality customer service which inspired them to open the new location. This will help AAB to meet the Service requirements of their customers living in Shahaniya, Dukhan and nearby areas.
The new Service Center has 12 working bays with 2 car wash and vacuum bays. Necessary tools and equipment are available to perform all types of periodic maintenance, general repair and lube plus services.
Highlighted among the services is the Express Lube Plus Service which is a new concept from AAB.
This is a drive-through concept where the Customers pay first and then go directly to the Express Lube Bays for service. The Express Lube service takes less than an hour and it offers a 20-point checkup including oil and filter change.
