After the cancellation of the permanent committee for recruitment, the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has begun to receive recruitment requests through its electronic system to make it easy for companies as well as employers, local Arabic daily Al Sharq reported yesterday.
It will be a joint data base between the MADLSA and the Ministry of the Interior (MoI). A signed contract between the employee and the employer, mentioning the obligations of the applicant company according to the labour law is a basic requirement to get the requested work visas.
After the MADLSA reviews the requests and give its opinion, they will be transferred to the MoI for the necessary procedures.
Through the electronic system the employers can follow up the status of their requests, the daily added.
