The documents required for applying six months Family Visit Visa are;

1) Application form

2) NOC letter from company in Arabic with seal & signature of authorised person

3) Salary certificate from company with seal & signature of authorised person

4) Copy of establishment (computer) card of company

5) Copy of Commercial Registration (CR) of company

6) Copy of passport of husband and wife

7) Copy of Qatar ID of applicant

8) Marriage certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)

9) Child(ren) birth certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)

10) Tenancy (rental) agreement attested from Municipality of the area where flat / villa is located (optional)

11) Authorised person id copy who have signed on NOC & Salary certificate (optional)
