Land Registry Division

Services under land registry

• Landed property certificate
• Acknowledge and photocopy the documents from the landed property registrar.
• Acquisition of a property denial certificate in a specified landed area, Caza, District or within Lebanon.
• Certificate of measurement

Services under Personal Department:

• Registration of Certificates for Birth, Marriage, Death, Divorce and Adoption
• Documents acquisition for Familial & Individual civil status record, True copy to the original certificate of Marriage, birth, divorce, death to be sent by post.
• Diplomatic Pouch

Syndicate

• Membership fees settlement to any syndicate or professional association in Lebanon.
• Acquisition of all the attestations from the syndicate or professional association in Lebanon.
• Request to modify the statements for any circumstance or emergency.

Commercial and Civil Registers

• Registration of the trader without registering the business firm
• Registration of both the trader and the commercial company
• Registration of the commercial company without the registration of the trader because he is already registered
• Companies registration – The partnership (Private companies – Limited partnership company – Joint-stock company)

Ministry of Education & Higher Education

• Acquisition of legalized copies of the certificates
