Education centre in Qatar offers fake certificates

A large number of students from an education centre have complained that they were cheated by the centre by offering fake certificates, as reported by Al-Sharq.

It is learnt that many students joined the centre after receiving an SMS from the centre promoting a course in accounting and business management course and claimed to give a certificate from a distinguished university in UK.

As a matter of fact, the ministry of education has not given the permission to this kind of centre to issue such certificates had even issued an order to close the centre relating to other issues, but it had not complied with the order, reports The Peninsula.

In fact, candidates who enrolled for the course discovered that such courses are only provided by universities.

Reports suggest that just after registration and paying fees, the beginning of the course was delayed and students became doubtful about the certificates being given by the center.

It was then that they realized that the certificates issued are fake and have no relation with any university in Britain.

The students even asked the center in Qatar to return their money. The center however agreedto return the money to people working with government agencies, while for the others, they called for a meeting to the centre.

Upon arriving for the meeting the centre officials called the police, claiming to be attacked by the students.

However, the police realized that the statement was fake and released the students.
