Doha, Qatar: On Thursday, the Shura Council chaired the 8th meeting of the Gulf-European Parliamentary Committee, organized by the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), via videoconference.

Representing the Shura Council at the meeting were members HE Nasser bin Mohammed Al Nuaimi and HE Abdullah bin Nasser bin Turki Al Subaie.

The meeting focused on enhancing relations between the councils and parliaments of the GCC countries and the European Parliament, and addressed several key aspects of strengthening these ties.
