You have been appearing in interviews and have been called to discuss salary by few companies, now would be the right to evaluate your skills in monetary terms. Research the salary trends in your sector, find out what other people with a similar skill set as that of yours are being paid, additionally you can also make use of the salary comparison tools provided on the job portals. Once you have done that, you would arrive at a salary figure that is acceptable to you and remember salary is always negotiable, and at the negotiating table you would be on your own, just remember not to appear desperate or arrogant.

Networking
The job market is tough and having a friend or a relative or even an acquaintance in a position to put in a word for you is a blessing. Having an online profile, an impressive CV may not be enough to get you a job and that’s where people contact comes in and this is a huge factor in countries like Qatar as word of mouth is still a big thing in this side of the world. So, building relations and connecting with more people would only increase your chances of getting the job.
Patience is a virtue
Job hunting can be an excruciating process but despair and hopelessness is not an option. All things happen when they are meant to happen. Don’t lose hope during the job hunting process, use that time instead to enhance your skillset, overcome your weaknesses. Hiring processes can take up to 3 months if not more. Use this time to polish your skills and be patient, you’ll get there.
