Rain and hailstones hit several parts of Qatar on Wednesday evening as the Qatar Meteorology Department forecast unsettled weather conditions for the next few days.
Scattered rain accompanied by brief rumbles of thunder is expected in the coming days, a statement issued by QMD said on Wednesday.

Strong wind, blowing dust and low visibility would be features of the ensuing weather condition, it added.
“The rain during this period is known for fast thunderstorm formations during a short period of time over a limited area usually in the evening and at night.”

The maximum temperature is expected to range between 27 and 32 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature is likely to hover around 18-23 degree Celsius.
