Doha: Weather inshore until 6 pm on Saturday will see moderate temperature daytime with scattered clouds and clod by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
“Today’s weather is moderate during the day with separate clouds that become relatively cold at night, and there are no expected marine warnings,” Qatar Meteorology Department said.
QMD has forecasted that the temepratures will vary between a minimum of 14-23 degree Celsius today. Night temperatures will range between 14-18 and day is expected to vary between 20-23.
Yesterday, it was a relatively cold evening throughout the country and the minimum temperatures ranged between 13-19 degree Celsius at various parts of the country. The lowest of 13 degree Celsius was recorded at Turayna, while at Hamad International Airport it was 17 degree Celsius.
The maximum temeprature recorded yesterday ranged between 22-24 degree Celsius.
Offshore, it will see scattered clouds with chance of light rain at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 08 to 18 knot, gusting 22 knot at some places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 20 knot at places.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometer.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet rises to 4 feet at places. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet rises to 6 feet at places.
