Doha: Ministry of Education and Higher Education will start receiving applications for licensing and operating new private schools and kindergartens starting November 3.

The ministry has set conditions and requirements on the owner, premises and academic aspects in accordance with the Private School Licensing Manual.

The interested applicants cannot be less than 21 years of age and must not be employed with the Education Ministry or any of its affiliated bodies and have to submit a copy of the applicant’s ID card.
