The documents required for applying family visa are;

1) Application form

2) NOC letter from company in Arabic with seal & signature of authorised person

3) Salary certificate from company with seal & signature of authorised person

4) Copy of establishment (computer) card of company

5) Copy of Commercial Registration (CR) of company

6) Copy of passport of husband and wife

7) Copy of Qatar ID of applicant

8) Marriage certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)

9) Educational certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)

10) Employment contract attested from Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MOLSA)

11) Tenancy (rental) agreement attested from Municipality of the area where flat / villa is located

12) Last 6 months bank statement with seal & signature of authorised person

13) Kahramaa (electricity & water) bill in the name of applicant (optional)

14) Authorised person id copy who have signed on NOC & Salary certificate (optional)
